There are two ways to mount your new sign

• Use the pre-drilled mounting holes and the included screw kit for easy installation. You can find those installation instructions here.
• Use 3M Command Strips. You can find more info on how to use Command Strips here.

Our 5 Volt LED signs are conveniently powered via a standard USB cable. Simply plug it into a USB port (such as your laptop, a wall adapter, or a power bank) to light up your sign.

Alternatively, every purchase ships with a USB outlet adapter. Simply connect the USB cable to the adapter and plug the sign into the nearest outlet.

Yes! These signs come with an integrated dimming controller that lets you fine-tune the brightness level, ensuring your sign shines exactly as bright as you need it.

Yes! Our signs use low-voltage, energy-efficient LED technology that stays cool to the touch. They are designed for long-term use and feature built-in electrical protection for safe operation.

Each sign is 15", 24", or 32" in width and/or height, but the exact size varies depending on the team logo design. Check the product details on each listing as well as the product images for precise measurements.

Yes, you can display your sign in a covered patio area. However, we recommend keeping it in a spot that’s well-protected from rain, humidity, and other elements, as the sign is designed for indoor use. If you do place it outside, ensure it stays shielded from direct contact with water to maintain its performance and longevity. It should also never be exposed to direct, prolonged sunlight. Prolonged UV exposure and thermal stress can lead to material degradation, discoloration, or warping. For best results, place the sign in an area away from direct sunlight.

Absolutely. As long as your power source can provide 5V or 12V output (depending on sign), you can plug in the sign and enjoy it on the go—perfect for tailgates (with appropriate weather precautions).

In production signs require 2-3 weeks to ship

No — our LED neon signs cannot be used with a timer. Each sign uses a 3-button inline controller that requires you to manually turn the sign on and off every time it’s powered. Because of this, even if you plug it into a smart plug or outlet timer, the sign will remain off until you press the power button on the controller.
